In spite of the cold Winter weather there are already many signs of Spring in the garden and it won't be long before we can enjoy lovely warm days again. I haven't been painting outside for quite a few weeks now, but instead I put on my padded boiler suit, light the stove and work in my studio. I've been thinking about sorting my boat out and getting back onto the water and this has fed into my paintings, which have become less abstract and definitely coastal!
This is Burnham Overy Staithe on the beautiful North Norfolk coast
